Private Client Lead Tracking & Mapping Process

Step 1: Exporting Leads from Lofty

1. Log in to Lofty.

2. Navigate to the Leads section.

3. Apply the filter: Segment = Private Clients.

4. Ensure that only leads with a complete mailing address are included.

5. Export the list as a CSV file.

6. Save the file in an organized folder for easy reference.

Step 2: Exporting Recent Sales from Bright MLS

1. Log in to Bright MLS.

2. Navigate to Home > Search > Residential Sale.

3. Use the Legal Subdivision filter to match addresses from Lofty’s Private Clients list.

4. Select Status: Closed.

5. Set Status Date: Last 7 days.

6. Export the results as a CSV file.

7. Save the file in the same organized folder as the Lofty leads.

Step 3: Formatting the Spreadsheets

• Ensure both spreadsheets start with the address column for accurate location plotting.

• Verify that Google Maps can properly recognize the addresses.

• Remove any unnecessary columns to streamline the data.

Final Step: Uploading Data to Google Maps

1. Open Google My Maps.

2. Create a New Map.

3. Upload the Lofty Private Client Leads as a separate layer.

4. Upload the Bright MLS Sold Listings (Last 7 Days) as another layer.

5. Cross-check and verify that the plotted locations are correct.

6. Adjust any incorrect addresses or formatting issues as needed.
